Chef and connoisseur of food and wines, is a gourmet who loves the culture and delicacies of his city, Pisa, gastronomy, typical products and specialties of his territory. This selection of wines bears his signature as a guarantee of an expert and quality choice.

These wines have been selected in the cellar by Gianfranco Scarpellini.

They come from selected grapes of native vines, some centenarians, located on the splendid Tuscan hills of the Pisan territory, at the Fattoria di Fibbiano, in Terricciola (Pisa).

The soil rich in nutrients, the pure air and the proximity of the sea establish these wines as Real Tuscan Wine with the aromas and characteristics of structure and taste typical only of this land.
